IMPERSONATION
I recently got engaged in Impersonation controversy. Found the following standard definition of the word Impersonation.
Impersonation is when a person pretends to be someone they are not.
The matter before me presented the following narratives surrounding the whole controversy of impersonation.
Revelation of Information | In this controversy the information supplied by the individual(s) being accused on impersonation is not disputed. It appears all submissions contain valid information supported by the documented proof. Irrespective the alleged mode of impersonation, the value-add by the submissions remain unchallenged.
Accusation of Impersonation | These accusation is made by one party. Surprisingly the information revelations primarily cover the person who is objecting. The objecting party also alleges same impersonation persona being multiple different adversary individuals. It appears to be the bitter pill for the affected party with information revelations to avoid emotional accusation cycle akin to ‘The world is against me’.Identity Verification | in this quagmire allegation, the individual alleged to be an impersonating personality has revealed own identity. This includes offer to personally meet with the accusing party. Nonetheless, the accusing party continues to alleged impersonation.
Contribution | The parties accused of being impersonators have provided valuable third-party information in Federal, Appeals, Superior and District courts. Each submission appears to contains caveat about the discretion of the use of submitted information. With accuracy and validity of the submitted content remaining unchallenged – the contribution by the alleged impersonator(s) are valuable.
Impersonation, as experienced in recent court cases may raise an issue about third-party submitting valid information in the court system. The court system and litigants at their discretion may decide what and how to use the information. Impersonation as alleged by a party is simply an attempt to avoid relevant information being revealed. Impersonation in this particular case is really not impersonation when parties submitting information are identified and offered face-to-face meeting.Emotional accusations of valid impersonation, holds no water.
Facts are facts no matter how they are presented or revealed.
