There are a few words including music, when used no one runs to a dictionary to find the meaning. When uttered it has singular, world-wide meaning. All my life I have enjoyed music. During the various stages of growing up, the music played different roles. Lately, I have been noticing certain impact of music. As far as I can remember, I lack focus with mind always running in ten different directions. I try meditation but keeping concentration and staying focus always remained the emblematic counter force. In past few years music has evolved with me where my mind is absorbing the beauty and begun to enjoy calming effects. The mind is focusing, enjoying and reducing the runaway thoughts.
